S. Frank Frazier was born to Charles A. and Eula Frazier. He was born September 22,1920 in Kansas City, Missouri. He received his schooling here in Kansas City and was a teacher in the public school system. Later he became a Nurse at General Hospital. He was a soloist and composed some of his songs.

He became ill in November of 1981 and had been in failing health since that time. He departed this life January 14,1986.

He is survived by one daughter, Eleanor Morrison, Kansas City, Kansas; one brother, Charles Frazier, Jr., Kansas City, MO.; one sister, Henriette Glenn, Chicago, Illinois; five grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and many friends.
