Sylvester Everett Booker, son of Frank Booker and Francis White, was born September 30, 1938, in Sioux City Iowa. He has been a resident of Kansas City, for most of his life. Sylvester was a devoted husband, father, and very loyal friend. Sylvester, loved ministering to every and anyone, he loved talking and knew no strangers. He was able to communicate with anyone. Bookie as he was affectionally called by friends and family was an appraiser for the county, until his retirement, on the 6/h of January, 2010.
